Subscription & cancellation
Subscriptions are managed exclusively through Apple. You can cancel LUME under:
iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → LUME
Cancellation must happen at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period to take effect for the next period. You keep your access until the end of the paid period.
You get 3 days of full access to LUME Pro – at no charge. After that the subscription starts automatically, unless you cancel beforehand via iPhone Settings.
LUME Pro comes in two options:
Monthly – €7.99/month
Flexible, cancel monthly.
Yearly – €49.99/year
That's about €4.17 per month – you save compared to the monthly plan.
All prices are shown before purchase in the App Store. Handled via Apple In-App Purchase.
Technical
First check whether LUME has microphone access:
iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → enable LUME
If the problem persists: restart the app. If it still doesn't work, drop us a short message – we'll look into it together.
Yes. Your entries are stored encrypted in your personal account. We have no read access to your content. No profiling, no ads, no tracking of your content. More in our privacy policy.
Account & data
You can delete your account directly in the app:
Menu → Profile → Delete account
All your data – entries, photos, account information – will then be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
LUME currently runs exclusively on iPhone with iOS 16 or newer. An iPad or Android version is planned for the future – but not available yet.
